Anca Cioaca has extensive experience in marketing and customer advocacy. Anca is currently the Director of Customer Marketing & Advocacy at Xeneta, where they oversee the growth of a vibrant customer community and inspires users to maximize their technology investment. Prior to this role, they served as the Manager of Customer Marketing and the Manager of Global Marketing Operations at Xeneta.

Before joining Xeneta, Anca worked at The Qt Company as the Global Partner & Channel Marketing Manager and the Regional Marketing Manager for EMEIA & APAC. Anca also gained experience at Alcatel-Lucent, where they held the positions of Experience Marketing Manager and Corporate Communications Officer. Additionally, they worked as a Marketing Assistant at Wikpol Sp. z o. o. and began their career as a Volunteer at AIESEC.

Throughout their career, Anca has excelled in building customer relationships, driving marketing strategies, and leading successful marketing operations.

Anca Cioaca holds a Master's Degree in Management and Business Communications from the Școala Națională de Studii Politice și Administrative din București, which they completed from 2006 to 2008. Anca also obtained a Bachelor's degree in Marketing from the Universitatea Transilvania din Brașov, where they studied from 2002 to 2006. In addition to their formal education, Anca has acquired several certifications in areas such as strategic internal communication, customer marketing, customer advisory board, advocate marketing, and customer insight research.
