Aura M. Franco

Aura M. Franco has a diverse professional background, beginning with a Graphic Designer role at AdWerks in 2013. In 2014, they worked as a Digital Sales Intern at Entercom, a Marketing Intern at 352, Inc., an Account Management Intern at FCB Global, and a MAIP Campus Ambassador at the Multicultural Advertising Intern Program. Aura M. also worked as a Sales Creative Services Associate at Entercom and an Art Director and Advertising Student Advisor at The Agency. In 2015, Aura began working as a Digital Project Manager at Mirum Agency and in 2018 they became a Senior Client Director at Xennial Digital, where they worked on UI/UX, mobile and mobile-first web design and development, as well as digital strategy. In 2020, Aura started their own business, Fearless by Aura, as a Fitness and Wellness Coach.

Aura M. also received a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Advertising from the University of Florida between 2010 and 2014. In November 2020, they obtained a Certified Personal Fitness Trainer - Health Fitness Instructor (CPFT-) from the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM).
