Farah Dilla

Farah Dilla is a dedicated professional with a background in clinical psychology and extensive experience in various roles related to recruitment, counseling, and program development. Currently serving as a Recruiting Associate at Xenon Health since January 2023, Farah previously coordinated counseling services at Shopee and developed public programs for Girl Up UNAIR. Farah has also contributed to talent management at Arya Noble and enhanced intern engagement at MentalHealing.id. Educational credentials include a Bachelor's degree in Clinical Psychology from Universitas Airlangga and a coursework in Applied Psychology at Universiti Utara Malaysia.
