Swamy Nandikam

Swamy Nandikam has a diverse work experience with XTGlobal, Inc. spanning from 2009 to the present. Swamy started as a Process Associate in June 2009 and eventually became a Senior Process Associate in April 2010. Swamy then transitioned to a Team Lead - Operations role in June 2011 until October 2014. After that, they took on the role of Assistant Manager - Operations from November 2014 to October 2021. Currently, they are serving as a Software Engineer since January 2023. Throughout their tenure, Swamy has displayed a progression in their career, showcasing their dedication and growth within the organization.

Swamy Nandikam attended B.R.R. & G.K.R. Chambers Degree College from 2006 to 2009, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science. Additionally, Swamy Nandikam has acquired two certifications: the Intermediate Developer Certification from Mendix, which was obtained in December 2021, and the Rapid Developer Certification from Mendix, obtained in August 2021.
