Ermias Giovanni currently serves as the Head of Growth at XEROF, a Swiss-licensed FinTech focused on cryptoassets, where responsibilities include managing a comprehensive go-to-market strategy and various marketing functions. As the Founder and Marketing Director of SystemTwo.co, Ermias provides fractional marketing teams tailored to facilitate company growth. Previously held the position of CMO at MGMT Capital, driving marketing strategies for portfolio companies, and Marketing Director at aperture.co, leading market strategies for institutional clients. Ermias has significant experience in marketing and sales across multiple organizations, including Ledgy and Gmelius, where foundational marketing initiatives were established, contributing to substantial growth stages. A graduate of the University of Geneva with further advanced studies in product and digital marketing, Ermias also founded Keep Ethiopia Beautiful, an initiative to enhance the cleanliness of Addis while empowering the local community.
