Elizabeth Kiraga

Elizabeth Kiraga has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning multiple industries and roles.

Starting in 1999, they worked at Corel Corporation as an Inside Sales representative for a year. In 2001, they joined Odgers Berndtson as a Senior Consultant and stayed with the company until 2006.

Most recently, they joined Xerris, an Accolite Digital Company, in 2021 as the Manager of People and Culture. In this role, they focused on talent acquisition, performance management, and the establishment of HR systems and processes. In 2023, they were promoted to the position of Director of People and Culture, where they further developed the function and became a member of the Accolite HR team following the company's acquisition.

Elizabeth Kiraga attended Ridley College for their high school education. Elizabeth then went on to Carleton University, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics.
