Angie Guzman

Angie Guzman has a diverse background in human resources, spanning several companies and roles. Angie is currently working at Xertica as a People Ops Lead, where they lead and supports regional teams, strengthens engagement through feedback sessions and support to leaders. Prior to this, Angie worked as a Human Resources Business Partner at Xertica. In this role, they had a broad impact across LATAM, specifically in Mexico, Peru, Ecuador, Chile, and Colombia. Angie also worked as a Human Talent Generalist at Xertica before progressing to the Business Partner role.

Before joining Xertica, Angie worked at Almaviva S.A as a Socio de Negocio Gestion Humana. Here, they supported national-level selection processes, monitored turnover, vacation, and overtime indicators, and participated in well-being activities. Prior to this, they held the role of Analyst of Selection and Professional in Training at Almaviva S.A.

Angie Guzman pursued their education at various institutions. From 2013 to 2018, they attended the Universidad Nacional de Colombia, where they obtained a degree in Psychology with a specialization in Organizational studies. Following this, in 2021 to 2022, they enrolled at Pontificia Universidad Javeriana for a Postgraduate degree in Human Resource Management, focusing on Talent Management. Finally, in 2023, they attended Universidad de Los Andes for a short-term program in Digital Innovation in Human Resource Management.
