Carolina Cornejo Gutierrez

Carolina Cornejo Gutierrez has over six years of work experience in project management and quality assurance. Carolina began their career in 2014 as a Project Engineer at CAM Perú S.A. - Grupo Graña y Montero, where they developed budgets and goals for projects, and increased profits by monitoring subcontractors. In the same year, they also worked as a Project Manager at TELEFÓNICA GESTIÓN DE SERVICIOS COMPARTIDOS PERÚ, where they developed risk analysis and contingency plans, and created statistics reports. From 2015 to 2017, they worked as a Project Manager at Daxa Peru S.A.C., where they reduced execution times by improving communication mistakes and being flexible. Carolina then worked as an IT Project Manager at Crossover for Work from 2018 to 2020. Currently, they are employed as a Project Manager at Xertica.

Carolina Cornejo Gutierrez earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Electrical, Electronics and Communications Engineering from Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú between 2001 and 2006. Carolina then went on to obtain a Master of Science (MS) in Systems Engineering from the University of Pennsylvania in 2013.
