Jenny Paola Zuluaga Buritica

Jenny Paola Zuluaga Buritica has been working since 2010, starting with Comdata Group as an Analista de Datos y Jefe de Proyecto. In this role, they identified root causes of major problems, gathered information in a timely and preventive manner, and took corrective actions to improve operational results and avoid penalties. Jenny Paola also worked to improve the Analytics project, coordinating personnel, implementing new processes and strategies to acquire new clients, analyzing and mining data to find bottlenecks in customer processes, and implementing actions to improve key KPIs and return on investment.
