Scott Schriefer has a diverse work experience in the construction industry. Scott started their career as a Senior Project Manager at Rudolph and Sletten in 1991. Later, they joined HMH Builders as an Operations Manager from 2003 to 2009. Afterward, they worked at Swinerton Builders as an Operations Manager from 2009 to 2012. Currently, they are associated with XL Construction, where they have held roles such as Senior Project Executive, Director of Operational Risk, and is currently serving as the Vice President of Risk Management. In their current role, Scott provides industry knowledge, oversight, and guidance on large ground-up and tenant improvement projects.

Scott Schriefer attended California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo from 1985 to 1991, where they pursued a degree in Construction Management. Scott obtained a degree in Construction Management from the university. Additionally, Scott has several certifications including DBIA Professional from the Design-Build Institute of America, IRMI CRIS from the International Risk Management Institute, Inc. (IRMI), LEED AP from the United States Green Building Council, Northeast Ohio Chapter, and STSC from the Board of Certified Safety Professionals.
