Luis Acosta

Luis Acosta is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in aerospace and technology sectors. Currently serving as UAS Program Manager and R&D Manager at xmobots®, Luis leads multifunctional teams in unmanned aircraft systems design while enhancing system integration and risk management. As Director of Marketing and Product Development at Acosta Aerospace, Luis has driven the creation of IoT devices and contributed to the SARA satellite constellation. Previous experience includes a consultancy role at UNOOSA, a Technology Innovation Specialist position at INPE, and strategic roles at Honeywell Aerospace and Embraer, where Luis focused on market strategies, technology commercialization, and international partnerships. Luis holds a BSc in Aeronautical Engineering and an MS in Product Development Management from the Instituto Tecnológico de Aeronáutica, complemented by several certifications in innovation and technology scouting.
