Roberta Brambilla has over 25 years of work experience in the field of Human Resources. Roberta began their career in 1994 as a Marketing Specialist at IBM. In 1997, they moved to SmithKline Beecham Corporation as a Human Resources Specialist, where they were responsible for recruiting, selection, and on-boarding processes. In 2000, they joined Manpower SpA as a Recruiting Manager, handling client briefings, recruitment, and employee management. In 2005, they became the Recruiting Manager at ecare CRM Business Solutions, where they were responsible for selecting and managing temporary employees. From 2007 to 2017, they worked at Banzai Media S.R.L. (now Gruppo Mondadori) as Human Resources Manager, where they managed personnel, consulted with external advisors, and organized events. Since 2019, they have been the Chief Human Resources Officer at Xnext S.p.A., where they are responsible for defining the organizational structure, managing and developing personnel, recruiting and selecting, compensation and benefits, and supervising and coordinating the payroll.
