Press Theriot has over 25 years of work experience in the field service industry. In 1994, they began their career at Sabre Software Development Ltd as a Senior Systems Engineer. Press then moved to McAfee Security, where they held the position of North American SE Director and WW SE Director. In 2006, they became a Partner at P2 Solutions and was responsible for consulting systems integration services and managed security services. In 2007, they were the Director of Services at Raytheon|Websense. From 2010 to 2012, they were the Executive Vice President - Founder of Ferrata Solutions, and from 2012 to 2017, they were Vice President of Technical Services at FieldAware. Press then moved to Systum Inc. as Vice President of Customer Success and, most recently, was the EVP, Co-Founder of Citadel Control Services, LLC. Currently, they are the Director Enterprise Sales at XOi Technologies, where they are devoted to arming technicians with the tools needed to bring efficiency, transparency, and expertise to every jobsite.

Press Theriot obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration - BBA in Computer and Information Sciences and Support Services from West Texas A&M University between 1977 and 1981.
