Before joining XOOR, Macarena worked as an IT Recruiting Analyst Junior Advanced and Talent Acquisition Analyst at Globant for 1 year and 3 months. In this role, they were involved in the full cycle process of recruitment, from creating recruitment strategies to searching and attracting candidates, to giving feedback to candidates undergoing the process. Macarena was also responsible for attending and proposing key events to promote culture and attract candidates.

Macarena Recco is currently studying for a degree in Human Resources at Pontificia Universidad Católica Argentina. Macarena is also certified in Advanced CAE from the University of Cambridge and has an International Baccalaureate from the International Baccalaureate Organization.
