Dhairyasheel Gaikwad

Dhairyasheel Gaikwad has extensive work experience in various roles within the IT and consulting industry. Dhairyasheel started their career at GTL as a System Engineer from 2001 to 2003. Dhairyasheel then joined Capgemini where they held multiple positions, including Head of Operations for a large Practice, Head of Operations in People Supply Chain, and Head of Talent Acquisition for ABL. From 2021 to 2023, they served as the PSCM and Operations Head for FS I&D India at Capgemini. Currently, they are working at Xoriant as the Head of Global Workforce Management.

Dhairyasheel Gaikwad attended Savitribai Phule Pune University from 1992 to 1996. During the same period, they also attended Fergusson College and studied Electronics. Prior to that, they attended SSPMS from 1982 to 1991. In 2000, they attended CDAC, but the exact duration is not specified.
