Kapil Arora

Kapil Arora currently serves as Senior Vice President and Business Unit Head at Xoriant, a position held since May 2023. Prior to this, Kapil was a Professional Services Transformation Leader at Amazon Web Services from October 2021 to May 2023. With extensive experience across multiple industry verticals, Kapil held the role of Vice President and Global Client Partner from 1998 to September 2021, focusing on advising Fortune 500 clients, overseeing transformational initiatives, establishing outsourcing program governance, and developing account management and new business strategies. Earlier in career, Kapil worked as Area Sales Manager at Asian Paints, managing the regional distribution center for northern India. Kapil Arora holds an MBA from the Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta, and a B.Tech from the Indian Institute of Technology, Varanasi.
