Curtis Letson

Curtis Letson, CISSP, is an experienced professional with a strong background in information security and IT operations. Curtis has held various leadership positions in multiple organizations, including Xpansiv, where they currently serve as the SR Director and Information Security Officer. Prior to that, they were the Global Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) at SSR Mining Inc., where they created a security program and led a team while managing a significant budget. Curtis also served as the CISO and Vice President of Security at Pulte Mortgage, where they led a team, managed a budget, and worked on reducing SOX-audit findings. Curtis has extensive experience in both information security and IT operations, having worked at organizations such as SANS Institute, UDR, The TriZetto Group, ISYS Technologies, SysTest Labs, and IBM. Throughout their career, they have demonstrated strong leadership skills, strategic thinking, and a focus on mitigating risk and improving security postures.

Curtis Letson, CISSP, earned an Associate of Applied Science degree in Computer Network Security from Arapahoe Community College from 2008 to 2011. Additionally, Letson obtained the CISSP certification from (ISC)² in 2013 and became a Mortgage Action Alliance Member of the Mortgage Bankers Association in 2020.
