Roxana Herrada

Roxana Herrada has extensive work experience in the restaurant industry. Roxana is currently working as the Director of Supply Chain & Ops Systems at Xperience Restaurant Group (XRG) since February 2019. Prior to that, they worked as a Manager Operations System at Landmark Restaurant Group starting in August 2018. Before joining Landmark, they served as an Operations Manager at Barilla Restaurants from April 2017 to August 2018. Roxana previously held multiple roles at Real Mex Restaurants, including Manager, Operations Systems from 2013 to April 2017 and Manager, Operations Services from 1987 to 2017.

Roxana Herrada attended Orange Coast College from 1996 to 1998, studying Business Administration and Management, General. Roxana did not obtain a degree during this time.
