Sanjib Sahoo

Sanjib Sahoo is currently the Chief Information Officer (CIO) and Chief Technology Officer (CTO) for XPO Logistics, Inc. Sanjib is responsible for digital innovation, transformation and overall technology operations for XPO Logistics' global (North America and Europe) transportation organizations, which include brokerage, intermodal, last mile, truckload, expedite, managed transport, freight forwarding, etc.

Prior to joining XPO Logistics in September 2016, Sanjib was the Chief Information Officer (CIO) and Chief Technology Officer (CTO) for E*TRADE (then tradeMONSTER), an online discount stock brokerage firm. Sanjib was with E*TRADE for nearly 10 years, from January 2006 to December 2015. During their time there, they were responsible for the technology strategy and execution for the company's brokerage business as well as leading the development of their next generation trading platform.

Sanjib has a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Kharagpur.

Sanjib Sahoo has a background in Economics from Calcutta University, and went on to complete a Masters in Computer Applications from the Institute of Management Technology, Ghaziabad. Sanjib also completed an Advanced Management program at Harvard Business School. Sanjib is currently pursuing a course in Artificial Intelligence and Business at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.

Sanjib Sahoo reports to Mario Harik, CEO. They are on a team with Laila Lakhani-Ali - SVP, Less-Than-Truckload Sales, Ravi Tulsyan - CFO, and Tony Graham - President, West Division.
