Dan Martin

Dan Martin has a diverse and extensive work experience. Dan is currently the Chief Executive Officer at Xpress Global Systems (XGS), a leading provider of specialized logistics in the US. Prior to this role, they were the President of North America at IFCO SYSTEMS, where they significantly improved the division's financial performance and played a key role in the demerger and subsequent sale to a private equity firm. Dan also served as the Senior Vice President of Sales & Customer Operations at CHEP, responsible for the company's $1.8B US operations. Earlier in their career, they held leadership positions at IFCO SYSTEMS and Ryder System, Inc., where they successfully managed various business divisions and contributed to their growth and success.

Dan Martin attended Worcester Academy from 1983 to 1984, a private preparatory school, before enrolling at the University of Maine. From 1984 to 1988, they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in the School of Business. In 2011, Dan completed a Leadership Studies program at CEDEP - Executive Development in Fontainebleau.
