Product Development Specialist

XS is a licensed fast-growing Multi-Asset CFD Broker, looking to hire a dynamic Product Development Specialist to join our team of experts!

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with global teams and assist in the development of new products.

• Manage the end-to-end delivery cycle of product features, including roll-out to customers and across the internal team.

• Responsible for the social trading platform.

• Handle the data to understand how the product and features perform and suggest data-driven initiatives to improve the product and user experience.

• Engage with users to get constant feedback and incorporate this into the product enhancement initiatives.

• Consulting market research materials and sales data to ensure that products are viable and competitive.

• Analyze users’ behavior and data, identify new trends, and act accordingly.

• Monitor the development process and ensure compliance with schedule and timeframe.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in business, economics, marketing, or a related field.

• 1+ years of experience in a Product Development role.

• Experience in the same industry is a must.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Strong problem-solving and Data-oriented.

• Proactive and self-driven.

• Excellent analytical skills.

• Great time management, organizational, and planning skills
