The main purpose of the Content Creator Intern is to support the Lean Agile Center of Excellence (LACE) within the Research and Development Department by developing engaging and informative content that enhances the efficiency of R&D processes and elevates Developer Experience (DX). 

This role involves supporting LACE in creating tutorials and multimedia content that promotes cutting-edge development practices, facilitates onboarding, and leverages AI tools to foster a comfortable and innovative Research and Development Department work environment and various teams, included in collaborations with R&D. The intern will gain hands-on experience in content creation, digital marketing strategies, and metrics-driven problem-solving within a dynamic R&D setting.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Content Development: Create engaging and informative content, including tutorials, documentation, and multimedia materials, to support R&D process efficiency and Developer Experience (DX).
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the Lean Agile Center of Excellence (LACE) team and other departments to gather insights and requirements for content creation.
  • Onboarding Support: Develop resources that streamline the onboarding process for new developers, ensuring they have access to clear and helpful information.
  • AI Tools Utilization: Leverage AI tools to enhance content quality and efficiency, integrating innovative practices into the content creation workflow.
  • Metrics-Driven Approach: Implement a metrics-driven approach to content creation, using data to measure effectiveness and make continuous improvements.
  • Cross-Functional Communication: Facilitate effective communication across various teams, ensuring alignment with R&D goals and promoting a culture of knowledge sharing and continuous learning.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Level of Education: Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's degree in Digital Content, Communications, Journalism, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Years of Experience: No prior professional experience required; suitable for students or recent graduates with relevant coursework or internship experience.
  • Able to commit a minimum duration of four (4) months full-time internship.
  • Proficiency in content creation tools such as Loom,  Capcut, Youtube or cutting-edge AI tools.
  • Basic understanding of content management systems (CMS) and digital content strategies.
  • Strong writing, editing, and multimedia content production skills.
  • Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with the technology or software development industry is a plus, but not required.
