Elena Svergunenko

Elena Svergunenko is a dedicated UX Research Director at Xsolla, leading a team focused on enhancing user experience in fintech products within the gaming industry. Concurrently, Elena is a member of Women in CX ™, contributing to a pioneering community for women in customer experience. Previously, Elena served as the Head of B2C and B2E UX Research at Alfa-Bank, successfully overseeing a team of 18 and driving productivity through innovative research processes. Other roles include CX Researcher at Ozon Travel, where Elena conducted extensive customer experience research, and earlier positions as an HR Recruiter. Elena holds a Master's degree in Public Relations and a postgraduate certificate in professional development in PHP and JS from Bauman Moscow State Technical University.
