Raghavan Vallinayagam

Raghavan Vallinayagam has a range of work experience in various roles. Raghavan is currently a Head Consultant at xto10x, a position they have held since April 2022. Prior to this, they were a Senior Consultant at xto10x from December 2020 to March 2022, where they focused on scaling and overcoming challenges in the scaling journey.

Before joining xto10x, Raghavan worked as a Manager at Licious from April 2019 to December 2020. In 2018, they participated in the Piramal HEADSTART Leadership Program at Piramal Group, which lasted from April 2018 to March 2019.

Raghavan also has experience as a Student at Tata Institute of Social Sciences from April 2016 to March 2018. Their early work experience includes being an HR Business Partner at Cognizant, where they handled HR operations, performance management, workforce management, and employee engagement for two large portfolios from September 2012 to December 2014.

Raghavan Vallinayagam pursued their education in a chronological manner, with their earliest educational experience being at Montfort School in Yercaud, TamilNadu. Raghavan completed their high school education there from 2002 to 2008, focusing on the field of Computer Science.

From 2008 to 2012, Raghavan attended Sathyabama University, where they obtained an Engineer's Degree. Their area of study was Electronics and Telecommunication Engineering.

Later, in 2016, Raghavan enrolled at the Tata Institute of Social Sciences, where they completed a Master's Degree program from 2016 to 2018. Raghavan specialized in the field of Human Resource Management during this period.

Additionally, Raghavan Vallinayagam obtained a certification in Clifton Strengths from Gallup in June 2018.
