Paul Tinker

Paul Tinker has over three decades of financial leadership experience, currently serving as Finance Director and Interim CFO for APAC, ME, and Africa at Xylem Inc. since January 2019. Tinker held significant roles at Medtronic from 2007 to 2018, including Vice President and Controller, and CFO for Medtronic ANZ, where responsibilities encompassed finance, contracts, pricing, real estate, and procurement. Prior to Medtronic, Tinker was the Finance Director for Nordic Countries at Tyco (Healthcare) and EMEA Reporting Manager, providing strategic support to the EMEA CFO. Earlier career positions include Divisional Controller at Danisco Foods B.V., Finance Manager at Citibank, and Audit Senior at KPMG Audit. Tinker holds a degree in International Relations from Keele University and is certified as a CPA and ACMA.
