Cathy Auman

Cathy Auman has extensive work experience in customer success, program management, and account management. Cathy is currently working at Xyleme, Inc. as a Customer Success and Program Management professional since January 2022. From 2018 to March 2022, they worked as a Program Manager at Flatirons Digital Innovations. Prior to that, they held the position of Senior Customer Account Manager at Xyleme, Inc. from July 2014 to May 2018. Cathy also worked at Flatirons Solutions as the Director of Engagement/Program Managers from 2007 to 2014. Before that, they served as the Practice Manager at BEA Systems from 2000 to 2007 and as the Consulting VP at Sirius, Inc from 1998 to 2000.

Cathy Auman holds a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Computer Science from Cal State University - Dominquez Hills. Cathy also has a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Spanish and French from California State University, Northridge. Prior to their college education, they attended Cleveland High School. In addition to their degrees, they have obtained a certification as a Certified Customer Success Manager from The Success League in October 2022.
