Diane Jennings

Senior Vice President of Global Customer Success at Xyleme

Diane Jennings has extensive experience in customer success and consulting roles. From 2017 to the present, they have been serving as the Senior Vice President of Global Customer Success at Xyleme, Inc. In this role, Diane focuses on building relationships with customers and prospects and driving collaboration with stakeholders. Prior to this, from 2017 to 2017, they worked as an Independent Consultant, advising leaders and companies on improving customer loyalty. Before that, Diane spent over 17 years at IBM, where they held various roles including IBM Executive Partner and Manager in customer support and experience.

Diane Jennings pursued their education with a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree from the University of Central Florida from 1992 to 1996. Diane furthered their academic journey by obtaining a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a focus on Finance, General from the same university from 1998 to 2000.
