Aviya Levi

Aviya Levi began their work experience as an Academic Advisor at Ariel University in January 2016. Their role involved providing telephone counseling and guidance to candidates interested in studying at the university, as well as sales and coordination of meetings. Aviya utilized Office software and the "Michlol" software during their time in this position. In September 2018, Aviya joined ONE Technologies as a Technical Recruiter, where they sourced and recruited employees in the hi-tech field for both outsource and in-house positions. Their responsibilities included ensuring the best-fit between employees and clients. Aviya joined Yael Group, the largest private IT company in Israel, as a Technical Recruiter in April 2021. Yael Group specializes in custom software development, consultation, and integration of technological solutions. With over 1,500 employees, Aviya utilizes their expertise and experience to overcome any organizational challenges. Their work experience has focused on recruitment, counseling, and sales in the academic and IT fields.

Aviya Levi obtained their Bachelor's degree in Behavioral Sciences from Ariel University, completing their studies between 2015 and 2018.
