Bárbara Santolin Rodrigues

Bárbara Santolin Rodrigues began their work experience in 2016 as an Auxiliar Administrativo at Aliancx. Bárbara worked there for two months before moving on to become a Professor de Inglês at Solo Idiomas for four months in 2017. In 2018, they worked for a month as a Disney Cast Member - Food and Beverage at Walt Disney Parks & Resorts. In 2019, they worked for six months as a People Operations Intern - Latam at WeWork, and later became a Community Associate for nine months before being promoted to a People Operations Senior Associate- Latam for ten months. From 2019 to 2023, they were a People Operations Lead- Latam at WeWork. Bárbara's latest work experience is as Senior People Operations Analyst at Yalo, which they started in June 2023.

Bárbara Santolin Rodrigues received their Bachelor's degree in International Relations and Affairs from Universidade Federal de São Paulo from 2016 to 2019. In 2021, they completed a postgraduate course specializing in Strategic Personnel Management from Universidade Presbiteriana Mackenzie. Bárbara then pursued a Master's degree in Business Administration with a focus on Strategic Human Resource Management from Fundação Getulio Vargas from 2022 to 2024. In 2015, they obtained the certification for Cambridge English First from Cambridge English Language Assessment. In 2020, they received two additional certifications, namely, one for Emotional Intelligence from Escola Conquer and another for Women's Care in Domestic or Gender Violence from Instituto Brasileiro de Ciências Criminais.
