Flavia Vergili

Flavia Vergili serves as the SVP of People at Yalo since December 2022, previously holding the title of VP of People at the same organization. With extensive experience in human resources, Flavia has led HR initiatives at Banco Next as Head of HR and at VTEX as Chief People Officer, overseeing HR management across 16 countries and driving strategic people processes. Previous roles include Senior Director of People for Latin America at WeWork and various HR positions at CPFL Renováveis, ERM, Vivo, Itaú BBA, and Michael Page International. Flavia holds an MBA in Gestão Empresarial from FGV - Fundação Getulio Vargas and additional qualifications from ESPM and several language institutions.
