Yu Takano

Yu Takano is an experienced manager in asset management and sports business at 山田コンサルティンググループ株式会社 since January 2021. Previously, Yu contributed to the AISTS by researching futsal development and advising on a global multi-sport event strategy. As an event advisor for the Japan Futsal Federation, Yu successfully launched campaigns that attracted over 1,000 spectators to the Japan Futsal League. Yu has a solid background in international business consulting with YAMADA Consulting Group, focusing on market expansion, financial modeling, and due diligence, alongside experience in investment banking at Takenaka Partners LLC. Yu's leadership skills were evident during the tenure as Head of the University Division at Tokyo Futsal Federation, where Yu effectively increased team participation and established new tournaments. Yu holds a Master of Advanced Studies in Sport Administration and Technology from AISTS and a Master of Engineering in Civil Engineering from The University of Tokyo.
