Isabela Nascimento

Isabela Nascimento is currently the Head of People and Culture at Yampi, where she oversees HR policies and procedures, manages headcount, budget, and compensation strategies. She also leads recruitment for strategic positions and supports diversity and inclusion initiatives. Isabela has experience in Talent Acquisition at ez.devs, HR Assistant at Confiança Supermercados, and HR/Personnel Department at Cinépolis. She began her career as an Apprentice in HR at Record TV. Isabela holds a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, and is pursuing a Postgraduate degree in HR Management and Business Management.
