Claudia Valenzuela

Claudia Valenzuela is an experienced professional with a diverse background in customer service, market access, and healthcare. Since April 2022, Claudia has served as the Customer Service Team Lead at Yanmar, managing an international team of nine and overseeing customer management. Prior to this role, Claudia held positions at AstraZeneca, where responsibilities included strategic access for oncology products, and Bayer HealthCare Pharmaceuticals, where achievements included modernizing tender and contracting processes as well as creating the advocacy area within market access. Claudia's earlier experiences include participating in a mentorship program for migrant women and working as an architect. Claudia holds a degree in Architecture from Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile and a diploma in Food Marketing from Universidad de Chile.
