Irem Yigin Ozyurt

Irem Yigin Ozyurt has held various human resources roles throughout their career. Irem started their career at Ford Motor Company in 2012 as an HR Specialist, where they provided expertise in areas such as rotations, succession planning, and organizational design. Irem then moved on to Koç Holding A.Ş. in 2014, initially working as a Leadership Development & Talent Management Specialist and later as a Talent Acquisition Manager. In 2017, they joined Yapı Kredi Teknoloji as a Human Resources Manager, and in 2022, they became the Human Resources Director for the same company. In 2023, they transitioned to the role of Human Resources Director at Yapı Kredi.

Irem Yigin Ozyurt obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration from Orta Dogu Teknik Universitesi / Middle East Technical University from 2005 to 2010.
