Lionel Jackson

Lionel Jackson has extensive experience in the field of technical support and management, currently serving as a Senior Support and Technical Lead at Yaskawa America, Inc. in the Drives & Motion Division since 2003. Prior to this, Lionel held various positions including Professional IT Technician at NA from June 2003 to June 2009 and Technical Lead at Technisource during the same period. Lionel's earlier career includes serving as Technical/Production Manager at Dow Jones Service from 1987 to 2002. Educationally, Lionel has obtained a Cisco Certification in Information Technology from the College of Lake County (2008-2009) and has studied at Triton College (1995-1997) and Chicago State University (1981-1985).
