Bobbie Smith

Bobbie Smith is a Legal and Operations at Yellow Brick Capital. Prior to joining Yellow Brick Capital, Bobbie Smith worked as an International Corporate Paralegal at Fieldfisher and as a Legal Intern at Eau Claire County.

Bobbie Smith has experience in managing high-volume data protection caseloads and time-sensitive IT transactions in different jurisdictions. Bobbie has also created legal risk assessments of different financial models and capital raisings.

At Yellow Brick Capital, Bobbie works closely with partner law firms, investment bankers and accountants to prepare for deal execution, including financial modelling, valuation, due diligence, strategy, business development support and deal documentation. Bobbie is also responsible for filing Franchise Taxes for US companies and creating a database of agreements, NDA’s, sales contracts.

Bobbie Smith has a Graduate Diploma in Law from the University of Law, and a MA in Geography from the University of Aberdeen. Bobbie also did an International Study Abroad at the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire.
