Kwesi Dadzie-Yorke has a diverse work experience, starting in 2011 with Zenith Bank Plc, where they worked as an Executive Assistant from June 2011 to January 2015 and as a Relationship Manager from February 2015 to April 2016. In 2019, they joined the Office of the Attorney-General in Ghana as a Legal Trainee from February to July. Later that year, they joined Aelex as an Associate, where they advised a multilateral bank on a $75 million loan agreement with a Ghanaian statutory corporation and successfully represented an international health equipment manufacturing company in a liquidated damages claim against 3 distributors in Ghana. Kwesi also assisted a British health consultancy non-profit in incorporating in Ghana. Most recently, Kwesi joined Yellow Card App in 2022 as the Legal Manager for West Africa, focusing on regulatory affairs, compliance with legislation on money laundering, bribery, corruption, terrorism financing, and sanctions. Kwesi also manages the company's intellectual property portfolio in West Africa.

Kwesi Dadzie-Yorke ACIArb has a diverse educational background spanning from basic education to advanced legal studies. Kwesi completed their Basic Education Certificate Examination (BECE) at Morning Star School in Cantonments from 1990 to 2001. This served as their foundation for further education.

Kwesi then attended Adisadel College in Cape Coast from 2001 to 2004, where they obtained their Senior Secondary School Certificate (SSSCE) with a focus on Business.

In 2005, Kwesi enrolled at the University of Ghana and pursued a Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology with Philosophy, which they completed in 2009.

Kwesi's passion for law led him to undertake further studies at the Ghana School of Law from 2017 to 2019, where they obtained a Certificate of Enrolment on The Roll of Lawyers, a crucial qualification for legal practice in Ghana.

Kwesi continued their legal education at the University of London from 2011 to 2015, where they earned a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) degree.

Recently, Kwesi pursued advanced legal studies at the University of London from 2022 to 2023, specializing in International Commercial Arbitration, Sale of Goods by Sea, and Fintech law and regulation. Kwesi completed their Master of Laws (LLM) degree during this period.

In addition to their educational achievements, Kwesi has obtained several certifications to enhance their professional credentials. Kwesi became an Associate Member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators in November 2020, showcasing their dedication to the field of arbitration. Kwesi also holds a Certificate of Enrolment on the Roll of Lawyers in the Republic of Ghana from the General Legal Council of Ghana, obtained in October 2019, validating their legal expertise in their home country. Finally, they obtained the Certified Data Protection Supervisor certification from the Data Protection Commission in Ghana in April 2023, highlighting their knowledge and understanding of data protection.
