Heena Virani

Heena Virani is a senior corporate counsel at Yelp. Heena has previously worked as corporate counsel at 500 Startups, an legal intern at Human Rights First, and an associate at Ropes & Gray LLP. Heena has also worked as a summer associate at Ropes & Gray LLP, a legal intern at Fidelity Investments, and as a human resources and recruiting intern at The Nielsen Company. Prior to their work in the legal field, Ms. Virani interned in business development and marketing at Morgan Stanley and in marketing at Emory University.

Heena Virani received their Juris Doctor from Boston College Law School. Heena also holds a Bachelor of Arts from Emory University and a Bachelor of Arts from John Cabot University. Heena is certified by the State Bar of Illinois and the State Bar of New York.
