Latoya Horton

LaToya Horton is a Senior Manager of Customer Success at Yelp Restaurants, where responsibilities include leading the local support segment for Yelp’s Restaurant Marketplace SaaS products and managing support teams to retain and expand a customer base of over 12,000 local clients.
