Onur Bilgi

Onur Bilgi has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Onur is currently working at Delivery Hero as the Senior Director of Service Operations for Europe. Prior to their current role, they served as the Chief Experience Officer at yemeksepeti.com since 2015.

Onur has also worked at Turkcell, where they held multiple positions, including Head of Digital Channels, Head of PMO, and Project Manager & Business Analyst. Onur was responsible for defining digital strategies and managing various digital channels. Before Turkcell, they worked at ABN AMRO Bank N.V. as an IT Services Specialist and at JD Edwards ERP as a Development Supervisor.

Earlier in their career, Onur served as a Project Officer at Turkish War Colleges Command and as an IT Specialist at TSKB | Türkiye Sınai Kalkınma Bankası.

Onur Bilgi obtained a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Computer Engineering from Boğaziçi University from 1992 to 1996. Prior to that, they attended Kadikoy Anadolu Lisesi from 1985 to 1992. Additionally, Onur Bilgi received additional certifications including ITIL v3 Foundation from APM Group in 2010 and PMP, Project Management Professional from PMI in 2005.
