Raymond Lim

Raymond Lim is an experienced professional in talent development and training management, currently serving as the Group Learning & Talent Development Manager at Yeo Hiap Seng since December 2020. In this role, Raymond drives the talent management framework and capabilities across APAC countries. Previously, as the National Training & Capability Manager at The HEINEKEN Company, responsibilities included establishing a national training strategy and managing talent capability programs. Prior to that, Raymond held the position of Head of Learning & Talent Development at Aden Group, overseeing a training academy and shaping talent management priorities. Early career experiences include managing HR consulting projects at TS HR Consulting and developing product training at GREAT EASTERN, where foundational skills in training and capability optimization were established.
