Darren Boyce

Darren Boyce has extensive experience in engineering management, currently serving as the Site Engineering Manager at Yeo Valley Production Ltd since September 2025. Prior to this role, Darren held several key positions at Prima Dental Group, including Vice President of Manufacturing (Global), Head of UK Operations, and Engineering Manager, from September 2018 to September 2025. Between 2015 and 2022, Darren was Site Engineering Manager at Hovis Ltd and also served in the same capacity at Refresco from January 2017 to March 2020, HJ Heinz from May 2012 to January 2015, and Premier Foods from July 2010 to May 2012. Darren began as a Plant Engineer at Manor Bakeries from 1995 to 2004 and has demonstrated expertise in the strategic development of engineering departments, change management, and oversight of operational budgets.
