Arjen Baarda is an experienced professional with a background in supply chain management, recruitment, and talent development. Currently serving as a Key Account Manager and Senior Consultant at YER since March 2021, Arjen specializes in connecting professionals with leading companies across various sectors. Prior experience includes roles as a Consultant and Headhunter at Finanxe & Talent, and a Dedicated Consultant for ING at Unique. Arjen's career also encompasses positions at Players United Management BV as a Talent Manager, where the focus was on the development of emerging football talents, as well as project leadership at Sportplein Groningen. Arjen co-founded BMC Performance, managing account relations and developing training programs for top athletes. Educational qualifications include a degree in Sport Health and Management from Hanze University, obtained between 2004 and 2009.
