Lily Grant

Lily Grant has a diverse work experience in event management and coordination. Lily started their career as a Team in Training/School & Youth Campaign Assistant at The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society, where they were responsible for preparing campaign materials, assisting with data entry and accounting support, and supporting Team in Training participants. Lily then worked as an Area Sales Coordinator at Naman Hotels before joining Starwood Hotels & Resorts Worldwide, Inc. as a Group Coordinator and later as an Executive Meeting Specialist. After that, Lily joined the Greater Boston Convention & Visitors Bureau, initially as a Convention Services Coordinator and later as the Manager of Destination Services | Meetings & Events. Their responsibilities in these roles included providing logistical support for conferences and conventions, planning site visits, distributing RFPs, and conducting post-convention reporting. Most recently, Lily has been working at the Yes& Agency as an Event Manager and is currently serving as the Director of Events.

Lily Grant, CMP, obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Hospitality Management from the University of South Carolina in 2012. Lily also holds additional certifications such as Pandemic Compliance Advisor (PCA) from Health Education Services in 2021, Cvent Supplier Network Certification from Cvent in September 2020, and Certified Meeting Professional (CMP) from Events Industry Council in 2019. In 2011, they obtained the ServSafe certification, and in 2012, they obtained the TIPS Certified certification, both from the University of South Carolina.
