Anthony Toppi has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and organizations. Beginning with their current position at YETI, they serve as a Program Manager for Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion, displaying their commitment to fostering an inclusive work environment. Prior to this role, they held the position of ESG Program Manager at YETI.
Before joining YETI, Anthony worked at Ceres, Inc. for a significant duration. Starting as an Associate in the Company Network, they steadily progressed to Senior Associate and eventually became a Manager and later a Senior Manager in the same department. Their work at Ceres revolved around building and managing relationships within the company network.
Anthony also gained valuable experience at Harvard University, where they served as a Research and Administrative Assistant. Additionally, they worked as a Litigation & Research Assistant at Gay & Lesbian Advocates & Defenders, showcasing their involvement in legal research and support.
To further enhance their skill set, Anthony took on an internship as a Resource Room Intern at Stonehill College's Center for Nonprofit Management.
Throughout their career, Anthony Toppi has demonstrated a commitment to social responsibility, diversity, and nonprofit management, which is evident in their roles at YETI, Ceres, Inc., and their involvement with nonprofit organizations.
Anthony Toppi has a Bachelor's Degree in Public Administration from Stonehill College. Anthony also participated in the International Internship Program at Birkbeck, University of London. In 2020, they completed a Data Analytics program at General Assembly. Additionally, they obtained a certification as a Candidate for Fundamentals of Sustainability Accounting, Level II from SASB – Sustainability Accounting Standards Board in July 2016.
