Glen Ferguson has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Glen started their career at Mugshots Grill & Bar in 2005 as an Assistant Manager and Bartender, where they gained proficiency with the Restaurant Manager computer system and trained new employees. In 2008, Glen worked at Game Day Tents as a Tent Representative/Craftsman, overseeing assemblers and training employees on job procedures. At Community Events, Inc. in 2009, they served as a Marketing Consultant, listening to and resolving customer complaints, explaining products and services, and setting up sample merchandise displays. From 2011 to 2013, Glen worked as a Baker at Muddy's Bake Shop LLC, managing client relations and assisting customers in product selection. Glen then joined Wheatsville Food Co-Op as a Baker from 2014 to 2017, monitoring program activities, maintaining equipment, and adjusting dough and bread preparations. Since 2017, Glen has been working at YETI, initially as a Retail Associate responsible for various tasks such as stocking, creating merchandise displays, and providing customer service. Glen has since progressed to the role of a Customer Service Specialist II, assisting customers with inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and improving processes. In 2021, Glen was promoted to the position of a Customer Service Specialist III at YETI. Throughout their career, Glen has shown a strong focus on customer service, problem-solving, and attention to detail.
Glen Ferguson attended The University of Alabama from 2002 to 2008, where they earned a Bachelor of Science in Commerce and Business Administration. Glen'sfield of study focused on Marketing and Management. Additionally, they obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services from the same university. In 2014, Glen also obtained a certification as a Texas Food Handler from the Texas Department of State Health Services.
