Jayson Simeon

Jayson Simeon has a diverse work experience in the field of design, spanning over two decades. Jayson is currently the Vice President of Design at YETI, where they lead a talented design organization and implements industry-leading strategies to elevate the brand. Prior to this, they served as the Chapter Chair at the Industrial Designers Society of America (IDSA) and as the Senior Director of Global Design at Fortune Brands Water Innovations (WINN), where they developed and executed future-focused design strategies across the company's portfolio.

Before joining WINN, Jayson worked at M3 Design as the Director of Industrial Design, leading a world-class design team in tackling challenging design challenges for clients in the technology and manufacturing industries. Jayson also gained experience as a Program Manager/Producer at fuseproject, where they played a crucial role in bridging design empathy with the management team and ensuring successful outcomes for clients.

In the early years of their career, Jayson worked at Nottingham Spirk as a Senior Industrial Designer, where they honed their skills in brand development, concept visualization, and creative leadership. Jayson also had internships at Kaleidoscope and BRP, where they contributed to the development of production parts and innovative design concepts.

Jayson Simeon pursued their education from 1997 to 2002 at the Cleveland Institute of Art. During this period, they earned a Bachelor of Fine Arts (BFA) degree with a focus on Industrial Design. Additionally, they pursued minors in Graphic Design and Photography.
