Jessica Labounty

Jessica LaBounty has a diverse background in human resources, talent sourcing, and leadership development. Jessica currently works at YETI as a Talent - Sr. Executive Sourcer, where they focus on identifying top candidates for high-level roles. Prior to their role at YETI, they worked at Pure Barre as an Instructor for four years. Jessica also worked as a Human Resources and Social Media Consultant at True Strategy for a few months in 2021. In 2020, Jessica participated in a Leadership Development Program at Elevation Church. Earlier in their career, they gained experience in HR and recruitment roles at Emerson Automation Solutions and Braun Intertec Corporation. Jessica began their HR journey as an intern at SUPERVALU.

Jessica LaBounty earned a Bachelor of Science in Human Resources and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Winona State University. Jessica attended the university from 2014 to 2017, majoring in Human Resource Management.
