Paulie Dery joined YETI in August 2019 as the Vice President, Brand & Creative, and has served as Chief Marketing Officer at YETI since 2022. Paulie heads the premier outdoor brand’s marketing department and has been focused on ensuring more of the world gets to uncover the powerful stories the YETI community has to share as well as a deeper understanding of YETI’s much-loved products. Prior to joining YETI, Paulie served as Uber’s Executive Creative Director from February 2017 to August 2019 and before that, Paulie was GECD of R/GA, one of the world’s top creative agencies, from February 2009 to February 2017. Paulie began his career at M&C Saatchi Australia. He holds a degree in Psychology & Sociology from the University of New South Wales.
