Rebecca Allison

Rebecca Allison's work experience includes roles as an Industrial Designer at YETI since 2021, a Footwear Designer at Oboz Footwear from 2020 to 2021, an Industrial Designer at Salient Technologies, Inc. from 2016 to 2020, an Industrial Designer at KiwiCo, Inc. from 2016 to 2017, and an Industrial Design Intern at NEMO Equipment, Inc. in 2016. Prior to that, they worked as a Nerf Rebelle Industrial Design Intern at Hasbro in 2015 and as a Design and Research Associate at Jackson Hole Wildlife Film Festival and a Sales Associate at JD High Country Outfitters in 2014.

Rebecca Allison pursued their education at the Cleveland Institute of Art from 2012 to 2016. During this time, they obtained a Bachelor of Fine Arts (B.F.A.) degree with a focus on Industrial and Product Design.

In addition to their formal education, Rebecca has also obtained various certifications. Rebecca completed the Circular Design certification program at IDEO in September 2022. Furthermore, they obtained the Solidworks Essentials Certified certification from Solidworks in December 2021. Rebecca's skills were further enhanced by completing the Woodshop and Metals Innovation Lab certification program at YETI, although the exact month and year of completion are not provided.
